Bienvenido a la tienda online de Provi Crochet. Al navegar y realizar una compra en este sitio web, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones. Estos términos se aplican a todos los usuarios del sitio.
1. Elegibilidad y Uso de la Tienda
Al utilizar este sitio, declaras que tienes al menos la mayoría de edad en tu estado o provincia de residencia. Nuestros productos están disponibles para envío principalmente a direcciones en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. Nos reservamos el derecho de limitar las ventas a cualquier persona o región geográfica.
2. Derecho a Rechazar o Cancelar Pedidos
Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar cualquier pedido que realice con nosotros. Podemos, a nuestra discreción, cancelar pedidos que parezcan ser fraudulentos, que contengan errores de precios obvios, o si el producto ya no está disponible. En caso de cancelación, te notificaremos a través del correo electrónico proporcionado al momento de la compra.
3. Modificaciones de Precios y Servicio
Los precios de nuestros productos están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o discontinuar cualquier producto en cualquier momento. No seremos responsables ante ti ni ante terceros por ninguna modificación, cambio de precio, suspensión o interrupción del servicio.
4. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido de este sitio, incluyendo pero no limitado a los diseños de tejido, patrones, fotografías, logotipos y textos, es propiedad exclusiva de María Providencia Maisonet y Provi Crochet.
Está prohibido utilizar nuestras fotos para fines comerciales sin nuestro consentimiento expreso por escrito.
Nuestros diseños son el resultado de años de experiencia artesanal desde 2004; te pedimos respetar la autoría y no reproducirlos con fines de lucro masivo.
5. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Provi Crochet no garantiza que el uso de nuestro servicio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores. No somos responsables por daños directos, indirectos o incidentales que surjan del uso de nuestros productos (por ejemplo, alergias a materiales textiles no reportadas o desgaste natural por uso). El uso de los productos es bajo su propio riesgo.
6. Fuerza Mayor (Eventos fuera de nuestro control)
No seremos responsables por el incumplimiento o retraso en el cumplimiento de cualquiera de nuestras obligaciones que sea causado por eventos fuera de nuestro control razonable ("Fuerza Mayor"). Esto incluye, pero no se limita a: desastres naturales (huracanes, terremotos), huelgas de servicios postales, pandemias o fallos en las telecomunicaciones.
7. Ventas al Por Mayor (Wholesale)
Ofrecemos opciones de venta al por mayor para boutiques o reventa. Estas órdenes están sujetas a mínimos de compra y tiempos de producción diferentes a los de la tienda minorista. Por favor, contáctanos directamente para discutir precios y contratos de venta al por mayor.
8. Resolución de Disputas y Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen e interpretan de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. Cualquier disputa que no pueda resolverse amistosamente será sometida a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Puerto Rico.

Welcome to the Provi Crochet online store. By browsing and making a purchase on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.
1. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are available for shipping primarily to addresses in Puerto Rico and the United States. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or geographic region.
2. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, contain obvious pricing errors, or if the item is no longer available. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.
3. Modifications to Prices and Service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to crochet designs, patterns, photography, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of María Providencia Maisonet and Provi Crochet.
You may not use our photos for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
Our designs are the result of years of craftsmanship since 2004; we ask that you respect our authorship and do not reproduce them for mass profit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provi Crochet does not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products (e.g., unreported textile allergies or natural wear and tear). Use of the products is at your own risk.
6. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes), postal service strikes, pandemics, or telecommunications failures.
7. Wholesale
We offer wholesale options for boutiques or resale. These orders are subject to purchase minimums and production times that differ from retail orders. Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale pricing and agreements.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.
